Opne za mali boben EVANS HD (Heavy Duty) učinkovito uravnotežijo vzdržljivost in zvočni odziv. HD opne so izdelane iz prevlečene zunanje plasti 5 mm folije in notranje plasti 7,5 mm folije, na spodnji strani pa je še 2 mm kontrolni obroč, ki duši prekomerne prizvoke ravno toliko, da uravnoteži zvok.
