Jean-Jacques Milteau, rojen 17. aprila 1950 v Parizu, je francoski blues orgličar, pevec in tekstopisec. Milteau se je začel zanimati za orglice, ko je v šestdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja prvič slišal folk in rock glasbo (kot sta Bob Dylan in The Rolling Stones). Igral je s francoskimi pevci, kot so Yves Montand, Eddy Mitchell, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Maxime Le Forestier, Barbara in Charles Aznavour v različnih stilih, od bluesa do jazza. Leta 1989 je posnel svoj prvi samostojni album Blues Harp in se podal na svetovno turnejo z Manujem Galvinom na kitari in z gostujočimi glasbeniki, kot sta Mighty Mo Rodgers in Demi Evans. Jean-Jacques Milteau, born 17 April 1950 in Paris, is a French blues harmonica player, singer, and songwriter. Milteau became interested in the harmonica when he first heard folk and rock music (such as Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones) in the 1960s. He played with French singers like Yves Montand, Eddy Mitchell, Jean-Jacques Goldman, Maxime Le Forestier, Barbara, and Charles Aznavour in various styles, from blues to jazz. In 1989, he recorded his first solo album, Blues Harp, and toured the world with Manu Galvin at the guitar and with guest musicians like Mighty Mo Rodgers and Demi Evans. He has authored methods for learning the harmonica.

He plays the diatonic harmonica.
